About S&S
S&S Precast, Inc. was established in 1979. It has been in continuous operation at the current location since then. We offer a wide variety or concrete precast and prestressed products with a focus on the marine industry. Our marine products include floating docks, fixed docks, pilings, seawalls and bridge decks.
Our Process
Bid Estimate
Preliminary or final drawings are produced for bid estimation purposes. A detailed estimate of cost is developed for the project.
Contract
A contract or purchase order is developed. Credit applications may be required for new customers.
Shop Drawings
Final drawings are prepared and reviewed by the owner or engineer. Once approved, fabrication will begin.
The Finishing
Touches
Materials are ordered and delivered. Fabrication of product is performed per FDOT quality control standards.
Our Quality Guarantee
Our concrete floating docks come with a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Extended warranties are available for an additional fee.
